Freestyle Whistler Fall Programming
Freestyle Whistler has everything you need to get ready for the upcoming Winter season of shredding. We have dryland workouts designed for growing bodies as well as specific to what skiers need. Freestyle Whistler also has a number of different acrobatic training options from September until November to suit your needs.
Airhouse Trampoline Training
Come jump with Freestyle Whistler’s coaches at Airhouse Trampoline Facility on their Super Tramp. The September Session will be abbreviated (2 weeks) because of the back to school transition. Sessions will be 4 weeks long and will run Sunday starting at 9:30am – 11am. Ratios will be limited to 5:1 athlete to coach ratio. ***More time available based on registration***

Whistler Gymnastics Centre
Head down to Whistler Gymnastics Saturday or Sunday night for 1.5 hours of trampoline, tumbling, foam pit, and parkour fun. This 7 Week Program is designed to get your air senses firing before you head out on the hill on open day.
October 13th– November 25th
Saturdays 7 – 8:30pm or Sundays 7 – 8:30pm ***more times available based on registration***
Dryland @ The Hub
Come get in shape with Freestyle Whistler at the Hub located in the same building as Whistler Gymnastics. These sessions are designed to get the whole body ready for the jumps & bumps that these athletes will face throughout the winter months. Sessions go twice weekly for 12 weeks.
Tuesday September 11th– November 27th 3 – 4 pm or 4 – 5 pm
Thursday September 13th– November 29th 3 – 4 pm or 4 – 5pm
