The Freestyle Whistler Performance Program is a high-performance training program that aims to place athletes on the Freestyle BC and Freestyle Canada National teams. Park & Pipe athletes will compete in Slopestyle, Big Air and Halfpipe. Mogul athletes will compete in Single and Dual mogul events.

Our Performance stream is for athletes who dream of being Olympians one day. The Freestyle Whistler Performance Stream aims to prepare athletes to qualify for the BC Mogul or Park & Pipe Team. The program aims for all athletes to strive for excellence in the sport of freestyle skiing.

The Freestyle Whistler Performance Teams’ objective is to prepare and place athletes on the Freestyle BC Teams and, one day, the Freestyle Canada National teams.

For the 2023/2024 training year, Freestyle Whistler will offer a Development Freeski Team, Development Mogul Team and a Performance Freeski Team.

To be eligible for our Development Team, all athletes must be 14 by December 31st, 2023. For our Performance Team, all athletes must be 16 by December 31st, 2023.

The Development Teams will target the BC Timber Tour and western Canada Cup events. The Performance Freeski Team will target Canada Cup and NorAm events in Canada and the USA.
